TIF 2026 plenary session in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan

TABCA Participates in TIF 2026 as Knowledge Partner, Strengthening U.S.–Turkmenistan Business Connections

ASHGABAT, TURKMENISTAN — October 1–2, 2026 — The Turkmen American Business Cooperation Association (TABCA) participated in the Turkmenistan Investment Forum 2026 (TIF 2026) in Ashgabat as a Knowledge Partner, contributing to the forum’s efforts to strengthen international business engagement and promote new investment and trade opportunities involving Turkmenistan.

Held on October 1–2 in Ashgabat, TIF 2026 brought together government representatives, investors, financial institutions, international organizations, and business leaders from Turkmenistan and abroad. The forum provided a platform for government-to-business meetings, investment matchmaking, sector discussions, and direct engagement between international partners and Turkmen companies.

For TABCA, participation in TIF 2026 provided an important opportunity to advance its mission of connecting businesses and entrepreneurs in the United States and Turkmenistan and facilitating practical commercial relationships between the two markets.

Throughout the forum, TABCA engaged with Turkmen businesses, international companies, investors, institutions, and other stakeholders to identify areas of mutual interest and explore potential partnerships. Discussions focused on opportunities for U.S. companies to contribute technology, products, services, investment, financing, and expertise to Turkmenistan, while also helping Turkmen businesses explore opportunities for international expansion and access to the U.S. market.

TABCA’s engagement at the forum also underscored the importance of direct business-to-business dialogue. By bringing together companies and decision-makers from both markets, TABCA seeks to help identify credible commercial partners, develop market-entry opportunities, and support relationships that can progress beyond initial introductions toward concrete transactions and long-term cooperation.

As a U.S.-based business organization focused on strengthening commercial ties between the United States and Turkmenistan, TABCA views platforms such as TIF 2026 as valuable opportunities to build bridges between the two business communities. The Association will continue working with companies, investors, and institutional partners to facilitate introductions, share market knowledge, and support commercially viable opportunities in both directions.

TABCA looks forward to building on the relationships established during TIF 2026 and continuing its work to connect U.S. and Turkmen businesses, promote two-way trade and investment, and contribute to the development of stronger private-sector links between the two countries.
